#MEFIRST GUIDE

The #MeFirst Guide is for the women who struggle to balance their obligations, relationships, and expectations all at the same time. This guide provides women helpful tips on how experiment with their own style and how to make time for themselves in any stressful situation. I worked on this guide with the Uncoverd Marketing Team, along with the Creative Director. As the section is broken up into six sections, I was responsible for creating the content for the section, 'Manage/Reduce Stress Anywhere' (Page 7). The guide has been published on the Uncoverd website, and promoted on Uncoverd's Facebook and Instagram pages.

The Sustainability Guide was created to make an impact on the environment by providing helpful tips on how to preserve and profit from clothes, and how to save money when clothes shopping. With this project, I was responsible for doing extensive research on what people should know in order to be sustainable clothing consumers.

I wrote this article to explain the origins of Tết, a Vietnamese celebration that occurs every year. The purpose of this article was to share the cultural experience by learning the meaning behind the costumes, flags, decorations, and what Vietnamese women wear during the Tết celebration.

I developed a social media plan to help define HereIsMyCoupon will use social media in order to better communicate with their audience and to accomplish other marketing objectives. I was responsible for brainstorming content ideas to possibly talk about HereIsMyCoupon's social network accounts.

I wrote 7 weeks of social media posts for HereIsMyCoupon's Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn pages. These posts go along with the social media schedule I created using 'Google Sheets'. The purpose of this assignment was to plan out when the posts should be uploaded to the social media pages.

MENTAL HEALTH PSA: COMMERCIAL SCRIPT
In my Intro. to Multimedia class, I was taught how to draft a script for a 30-second commercial. I also learned the basics of the camera, audio, video lighting operations, and video editing formatting.
MEDIA RESEARCH PROPOSAL
In my Media Research Techniques class, I was assigned to do research on how social media affects relationships and reputations. This course taught me the fundamental approaches of scientific research and mass media research; it also exposed me to learn different approaches to scientific research methods, data collection, and data analysis. In my proposal, I conducted a content analysis by noting a customer's interaction on Domino's Pizza Facebook page. This research helped me collect data on the relationship Domino's Pizza have with their customers. In addition, I also conducted an In-Depth interview to learn how social media affected individuals' relationships with a company/organization.
PRESS RELEASE
In my Public Relations writing class, I learned the importance of a press release and how to properly format one. I wrote a press release for my professor to announce that her book 'Diary of a Hip-Hop Publicist' would be available as an eBook.
'DORITOS' COMMERCIAL SCRIPT
In my Communications Writing class, I wrote a 30-second commercial script using the brand 'Doritos'. The purpose of this script was to utilize what I learned from the class on how writing for television is different from writing for other mediums.
